Caimin Jones is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of Engineer's Ireland and a Registered Consulting Engineer. He has over forty years experience as Design Engineer, Structural Engineer, Project Engineer, Resident Engineer, Project Manager and Director involved in the masterplanning, design and implementation of large Civil and Structural Engineering projects including Industrial, Technological , Business and Retail Parks and Free Zones, site infrastructure and industrial, institutional and commercial buildings.
He is also experienced in the preparation of pre-investment, feasibility studies and master plans for urban and rural infrastructure.
Over the years he has been responsible for many major civil and structural engineering projects both in Ireland and overseas and in some eighteen (18) countries. Caimin is familiar with both national and international conditions of contract, specifications and methods of measurement and is computer literate and experienced in the use of proprietary programs for analysis, design and project management.
He is fully familiar with the procedures and requirements of international financing institutions and is responsible for all the Garland Group technical and financial submissions to these bodies.
