Kevin Rudden has almost twenty years experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Registered Consulting Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland. He was made Director of Thomas Garland & Partners in October 1999.
He has experience in the Planning, Design, Project Management, Co-ordination and Supervision in the construction of a range of large Civil and Structural Engineering projects and has extensive experience of the day-to-day management of Building and Civil Engineering projects.
Kevin holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He has also been involved in the production of the Office Quality Assurance Manual.
Computer Literate, he is experienced in the use of Computer Aided Design and Draughting, Project Management, Word Processing and Spread Sheet packages including SCIA ESA, CADS, AutoCAD, CSC Tedds and on the Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office programmes.
Kevin is an Executive Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland since 2004, and is currently Treasurer and The Convenor of the Joint Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland/Institution of Engineers of Ireland, Health & Safety Committee. He also represents the European Federation of Consulting Engineers Associations on the European Construction Safety Forum.
