Thomas Garland & Partners strive for excellence, in our relationships with clients, our use of technology and our business planning. The quality of our service relies on three key resources:
Our excellent training programme attracts new engineers, technicians and CAD operatives ambitious to join one of our countries leading consultants. We've always had a policy of recruiting newly qualified personnel, who benefit from generous investment and in-house training. Staff members are supported in their applications to join Professional bodies including the Institutions of Structural Engineers, Engineering Ireland and the Institution of Civil Engineers.
The Garland Group Library contains more than 70 years of learning and we hold subscriptions of various Professional Bodies and Institutions so that our reference base is continually updated and gives us access to web based achieve material. We exchange ideas and collaborate with several prominent Irish universities and with associated consulting firms all over the world. As part of this commitment to academic institutions we also provide summer training to third-year students from NUI Galway and University College Dublin.
Ensuring that we have the best technology involves research and investment, but it pays off in consistently improving results. We have invested in management, quality and IT systems to enable projects to run smoothly at every stage.
