Sean Quigley has in excess of thirty years experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer. He has considerable experience in Planning, Design, Project Management and supervision of construction of Structural Engineering projects. He has also been responsible for preparation of tender documentation, tender evaluation, and for cost control, involving budgets, interim and final accounts.
He has acted as Project Leader/Design Team Leader on a number of projects for Udaras na Gaeltachta throughout the Gaeltacht areas and for Shannon Development in the Shannon and Mid West Region.
He is computer literate with experience in the use of Computer Aided Design and Draughting, Project Management, Word Processing and Spread Sheet Packages including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Professional.
He has specialist expertise in conservation and restoration of protected structures. He is Thomas Garland & Partners Director responsible for Health & Safety. He is a member of the Board of Examiners of Engineers Ireland.
