Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

In 2003, we recognised that a separate Project Management division would be useful to many of our clients. This division operates independently, collaborating with our engineers to manage projects where required.

Our Project Managers are part of the Garland Group, and fully conversant with the requirements and issues involved in a civil or structural engineering project. One of their most important roles is working with the design team to control costs and manage Programmes. The Project Leader makes monthly reports to their client, anticipates and resolves problems, and monitors quality and cost.

As project managers reporting directly to Clients, TGP Project Management offer a unique range of specialist services to compliment the traditional project management role including initial feasibility, value engineering, business plan assessment and facilities management.

The primary goal is to establish and meet the Client objectives and in doing so to represent the Client's best interests at all times throughout the project.

The management philosophy is to "get things done" and this is achieved by direct "hands on" involvement by the company's Directors and Project Managers.
